San Francisco Coffee Hiring! Full Time Retail Development Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,300 - Ricebowl

• Responsible for the execution process of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, License Agreement and etc
• Reviewing on lease expiry, re-negotiation, closure and renewal of Tenancy Agreement for existing stores
• Contract Management with Legal and Company Secretary for timely execution of agreements/renewals
• Liaise with the team to ensure correct recording and logging of contracts, Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, and etc
• Identify strategic locations for outlet expansion in line with the company sales growth target
• Liaise with Finance Department on rents and other related payments
• Develop and maintain relationship with existing landlords to ensure continuous and future business
• Develop effective working relationships with potential landlords through regular meetings and identify and obtain further business development opportunities
• Administer on the utility’s application process
• Site closure to be managed for timely recovery matter
• Responsible for business license application, renewal and termination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
