• Manage suppliers' qualification, evaluation, performance reviews to ensure product quality & regulatory compliance

• Review and maintain quality-related & and technical documents

• Coordinate customer audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and the Japan HQ to resolve quality-related issues

• Maintain and improve the QMS in accordance with company standards & regulatory requirements

• MUST TO HAVE:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in QA, QC, Supplier Quality Management, preferably in food ingredient industries or other highly regulated chemical industries

• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, supplier quality management

• Proven experience handling customer audits, supplier audits, quality complaints

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Sciences, Biotechnology, Food Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
