Administrative Support:

• l Managing sales documentation.

• l Maintaining and updating customer sales records.

• l Handling sales-related correspondence, such as emails and phone calls.

Sales Process Coordination:

• l Assisting with the sales cycle, from lead generation to payment collection.

• l Tracking sales progress and identifying potential issues.

• l Liaising with other departments and service providers to ensure smooth sales operations.

Customer Relationship Management:

• l Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information.

• l Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• l Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards.

• l Providing insights to the business development team based on data analysis.
