Responsibilities
- The Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling daily production activities to ensure customer requirements, productivity targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.\
- The position works closely with plant operations, logistics, customer service, and quality teams to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and support operational performance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities.
- Monitor workflow, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
- Manage incoming, outgoing, rework, and inventory activities.
- Coordinate logistics and production scheduling requirements.
- Track operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
- Support manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for productivity and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality and operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.
- Support customer requirements through effective operational execution.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, warehouse, or operational roles will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Able to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
Personal Competencies
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail oriented with strong follow up discipline.
- Proactive and results driven.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Language
- Good written and spoken English.
- Bahasa Malaysia required.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
