• Issue Purchase Orders, follow up on delivery schedules, monitor & improve supplier performance

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

• Liaise with internal departments/Japan HQ/overseas teams to determine purchasing needs and priorities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, identify non-compliance issues, lead actions to ensure high level of compliance

• Assist in cost control initiatives and budget planning related to procurement.

• Liaise with the Japan HQ to coordinate international requirements and introduce new product releases.

• Handle other ad hoc assignments/general administrations/data analysis as directed by the superior.

• MUST TO HAVE:

• Min 3~5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain

• Experience in retail procurement and sales forecast management

• Capabilities of managing high volume of items

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
