Job Description

Responsibilities

Location: Jurong East

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm / 9:00am – 6:30pm

Contract: 12 weeks (subject to extension) able to commit till end Dec 2026

Job Responsibilities

Join our operations team and support the administration of grant processes while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient service delivery.

Your responsibilities include:



Process grant applications, variations, candidate onboarding and claims


Validate claims documents and prepare them for finance processing


Review submitted documents for completeness and compliance


Follow up with employers or partners on missing or discrepant information


Maintain accurate and audit-ready records


Handle enquiries and appeals from members, training providers and internal stakeholders


Verify membership status


Update internal databases and prepare reports


Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned



Requirements



Minimum Diploma

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


Good time management and problem-solving skills


Meticulous with strong numerical accuracy


Good written and verbal communication skills


Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders


Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
