Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify all artwork before submission to production
• Check design accuracy including sizing, alignment, colors, fonts, and layout
• Ensure artwork follows company standards and customer requirements
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in artwork files
• Liaise with designers and production team to resolve issues or revisions
• Approve final artwork for printing or production
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of artwork status

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–2 years experience in artwork checking, graphic design, or related role
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy (very important)
• Good understanding of printing/design specifications is an advantage
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
