Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
- Prepare bills of quantities (BQ)
- Monitor construction cost and prevent budget overruns
- Measure and evaluate work done on-site for payment purposes
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements
- Conduct site visits for valuations and verification
- To handle any other ad-hoc task is assigned by the management or superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in relevant software : AutoCad, MS words, Excel
- Able to work independently and efficiency with minimum supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
