Job Description

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to run day-to-day e-commerce operations and affiliate marketing execution across all three of our online shops.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a coordinator position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Operations

* Oversee daily platform operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada

* Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign submissions

* Monitor shop health — violations, ratings, penalties, and dispute resolution

* Supervise return, refund, cancellation, and negative review handling

* Ensure customer service quality is maintained across shifts

Affiliate Marketing

* Manage the end-to-end affiliate cycle: seeding, activation tracking, sample pipeline, and creator follow-up.

* Identify top-performing organic creators for seeding priority

* Set weekly targets for affiliate team and review output

* Analysis and recommended actions

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations

* Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Centre (required)

* Experience coordinating affiliate, creator, or influencer programs

* Able to read and interpret performance dashboards (GMV, cancel rate, AOV, return rate)

* Prior people management experience (minimum 1–2 staff)

PREFERRED

* Experience with Shopee and/or Lazada operations

* Familiarity with BI dashboards (Looker Studio or similar)

* Understanding of e-commerce seasonality and campaign planning
