Duties and responsibilities

• Assist manager in monitoring warehouse activities
• Inventory management including received, unload, and shelve supplies
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labelling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursement and recording keeping
• Keep records of items shipped, received or transferred to another location
• Maintain the warehouse area in a systematic and orderly manner
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control
• Ensure all urgent or shortage parts are followed-up closely
• Coordinate the handling of freight and the movement of equipment
• To perform other task as assigned

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification
• Have a knowledge on process of basic store management in receiving, issueing, packaging and arranging part will be advatageous
• Have a knowledge of stock control (safety stock, cycle count, etc.) will be advantageous
• Mature team player with ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels
• Resourceful, positive an energetic with initiative
• Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Storekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift driving: 1 year (Preferred)
