Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets and effectively expand market share.
• Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities, targeting both untapped markets and emerging sectors.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance productivity and team effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions while negotiating contracts to optimize profitability while addressing customer needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to the management team regarding growth opportunities and market dynamics.
• Generate and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
• Strive to exceed revenue targets while ensuring robust profit margins and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the industry, with a demonstrated track record in sales and business development.
