Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Building Construction)
Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT Pay
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage contracts and projects from tender to completion.
Prepare BQ, tender documents, cost estimates, and specifications.
Support cost planning, value management, and budget control.
Source subcontractors and suppliers, and review tender costs.
Manage variations, claims, risks, and contract matters.
Assess completed works and prepare payment certifications.
Ensure compliance with ISO, company procedures, and SOP Act.
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction, or related field.
At least 4 years of QS experience in building construction.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
Good knowledge of tendering, contracts, costing, procurement, variations, and claims.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
