Responsibilities

·                 Oversee daily warehouse operations, to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations.

·                 Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, coordinating with drivers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

·                 Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

·                 Ensure proper handling, storage, and arrangement of goods within the warehouse.

·                 Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with workplace safety standards.

·                 Assist in resolving delivery issues, stock discrepancies, and operational problems.

·                 Prepare reports on stock levels, warehouse activities, and delivery status. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic warehouse management systems.

·                 Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by company.

Requirements

·                 Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related operations.

·                 Need to be physical fitness at high temperature in our ware house.

·                 Able to handle documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and stock records.

·                 Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

·                 Able to work independently and as part of a team.

·                 Able to supervise workers and coordinate daily operational activities.

·                 Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.

·                 Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
