JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Basic knowledge of using PC or laptop, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp), online shopping platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada), and websites.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Responsible and able to multitask.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Able to work well in a team and independently.
  • Experienced in book keeping, admin operation or office coordination are welcome to apply
  • Having experience in the skincare industry or any other related field is preferred.

We are currently looking for a reliable as well as organized Retail Operation Assistant to support daily administration and business operations and to ensure smooth coordination between different departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle general administrative tasks (manage office documentation, filing systems, company records, and data entry tasks).
  • To update and manage spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.
  • To assist in stock receiving, stock arrangement, and periodic stock counting.
  • To facilitate communication and coordination between departments.
  • To liaise with vendors, clients, and courier services providers.
  • To answer phone calls, messages and multiple online platforms enquiries.
  • To support day-to-day coordination.
  • To serve and assist walk-in customers with professional and friendly consultation.
  • To maintain the cleanliness in the office and packaging area.
  • To pack products according to the order list from multiple online platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada).
  • To organize and manage packed parcels for courier pick-up (e.g., Ninja Van).
  • To track parcels, monitor delivery status, and follow-up to ensure timely dispatch and successful delivery.
