Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- PMP certified is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or delivery roles
- Experience managing end-to-end IT, cloud, or technical projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project scheduling tools
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Strong financial awareness including billing and invoice tracking
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with clients and serve as their main point of contact.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing regular project updates, and addressing their needs and challenges in a professional and timely manner.
- Responsible to ensure smooth end-to-end project execution, from project initiation to project launch within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress and provide timely and accurate project status reporting to clients and internal teams.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled, including what was done, what was achieved, and what could have been done differently.
- Responsible for ensuring payment milestone and billing process run smoothly.
- Exceed customer's experience in delivery via project completion survey.
- Accurate invoice forecast based on delivery implementation.
