Who We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media culture.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working with influencers, talent agencies, and clients.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing influencer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer analytics tools or social media reporting.
  • Existing network of KOLs or creators.

Our team works closely with brands and creators to produce impactful campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

We are looking for a proactive and organized KOL Executive who is passionate about influencer marketing and social media culture. If you enjoy working with creators, coordinating campaigns, and turning creative ideas into successful brand collaborations — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

KOL Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Research and identify suitable KOLs/Influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of influencers across different niches.
  • Reach out, negotiate, and coordinate collaborations with KOLs.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.

Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Brief KOLs on campaign objectives, deliverables, and brand guidelines.
  • Track content production timelines and ensure deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and influencers.

Content & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure KOL content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions.
  • Prepare campaign reports and summaries for internal teams and clients.

Trend & Market Research

  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging influencers.
  • Provide insights on trending creators and potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in competitor and industry analysis.
