 Basic Job Description for BIM Modellers

1. 2 years or more experience in 3D Modeling software, i.e. Revit, Naviswork and etc.
2. Perform the modelling of 3D elements according to the requirement set out by the BIM manager and BIM Coordinator
3. Understanding of the 2D drawings, report any discrepancies, highlight issues or clashes to the BIM Coordinator
4. To assist the BIM Coordinator in the daily execution of BIM Process, Saving views in NWD, Report preparation and etc.
5. To participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and assist the BIM Coordinator in any related activities.
6. Understanding of the BIM Scope of works and issues raise during coordination meetings
7. Basic Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Autocad
