We're looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Assistant Partnerships Manager to support our growing Malaysia business and help build meaningful partnerships with brands and agencies.

What You'll Do

• Support the Partnerships team in managing relationships with brands and media agencies.
• Assist in preparing proposals, creator recommendations, campaign strategies, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal Campaign Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Attend client meetings and support discussions around influencer marketing opportunities.
• Help identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Monitor industry trends, social media platforms, and creator landscape developments.
• Support commercial negotiations and campaign scoping.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and client updates.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, media, advertising, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for social media, creators, and digital marketing.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or creators is a plus.
