Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage overall construction project execution and daily site operations.
  • Coordinate project activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, site productivity, resource allocation, and project schedules, taking corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead project planning, reporting, and coordination activities to improve operational efficiency and project visibility.
  • Identify project risks, operational gaps, and implementation issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Review project progress reports, site documentation, and project deliverables to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, construction standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by establishing and enhancing operational processes, SOPs, project coordination workflows, and management systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project execution, site management, and project coordination.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Strong leadership, project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational processes, SOPs, project coordination workflows, and management systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
