Responsibilities

Senior Program Manager - Digital Transformation

Years of Experience: 10-13 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager with a strong background in digital transformation and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex programs and initiatives, driving digital change, and effectively communicating with senior stakeholders. Experience in agency solutions is a plus. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the challenges of digital transformation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple digital transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of program objectives and progress.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and address any challenges that arise.
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare and present program updates to executive leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Utilize best practices in program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication, with a strong ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
  • Expertise in digital transformation methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in an agency environment, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and trends.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-13 years of experience in program management, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale programs and initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
