Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple digital transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of program objectives and progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and address any challenges that arise.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present program updates to executive leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Utilize best practices in program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
