Job Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.

Conduct regular inspections to identify faults or potential problems.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Assist in installing, testing, and commissioning new equipment or machinery.

Maintain proper maintenance records and reports.

Ensure machines operate according to safety and operational standards.

Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

Perform basic welding, fitting, and mechanical repair works when required.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Follow company safety procedures and SOPs at all times.

Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and report shortages.

Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability.

Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.

Able to work shift, overtime, or on-call when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
