Brew Crew Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, curious, and passionate Facility Officer to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Malaysia Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

You will enter our famous ‘Barista Academy’ from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on quotations received from contractor with the respective Facility Executive.
• To raise Purchase Request (PR) for every repair and maintenance job in SCM system.
• Ensure contractor receives Purchase Order generated from SCM system.
• Follow up with contractor on invoice and job sheet for every completed job to do receiving (GRN) for payment purpose.
• Assist Facility Executive to monitor the status of Facility Ticket issued by cafés.
• Assist to monitor maintenance contract validity for HQ, production & cafés.
• Ensure all documents, filing, and checklist for facility and maintenance department are well kept.
• Manage and ensure spare parts ordered are delivered timely and recorded.
• Manage and ensure equipment repaired by contractor are delivered timely and recorded.
• Assist Facility Executive for any ad-hoc assignment related to the facility maintenance department.

Your Ingredients

• Possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Science, Architecture or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in relevant field preferably in F&B industry.
• Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Good communication and leadership skills and coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
