But behind every successful construction project is someone making sure every detail, timeline, and structural element comes together exactly as planned. We're looking for an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead construction projects from site execution to completion.

In this role, you'll oversee structural works across residential, commercial, and high rise developments while managing project timelines, manpower, budgets, contractors, and quality standards. Working closely with Quantity Surveyors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project is delivered efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience within the construction industry
• Strong hands on experience in structural works (Mandatory)
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or high rise construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and building materials
• Familiar with local authority requirements and construction regulations
• Good understanding of Bill of Quantities (BQ), tendering, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Results driven with strong accountability and decision making abilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Plan and manage project timelines, manpower, resources, and budgets
• Supervise contractors and site teams to maintain quality and productivity
• Maintain site progress records and project documentation
• Review Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and evaluate costs
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors on progress claims, valuations, certifications, and Variation Orders (VO)
• Support cost analysis for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements
• Monitor workmanship quality and structural integrity throughout project execution
• Identify project risks and resolve site issues promptly

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
