YUSHIN AUTOMATION SDN. BHD. Malaysia is principally engaged in machining services, as well as the production, sales, and related support services for general machinery and equipment, mechanical parts and components, hardware products, electronic components, and other related products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on the full process of international customer orders, including quotation, order confirmation, production progress, delivery arrangements, and after-sales communication.

2. Coordinate production, procurement, logistics, customs clearance, and other related processes to ensure timely delivery.

3. Communicate with and maintain customer relationships, follow up on customer requirements, and support business cooperation and sales target achievement.

4. Organize and report sales data, order progress, customer feedback, and other relevant information.

5. Assist the company in handling matters related to Malaysian government departments, licenses, compliance, customs clearance, and related affairs.

6. Keep track of international trade rules, customs clearance procedures, and relevant laws and regulations to help reduce business and compliance risks.

Requirements:

1. English is required; proficiency in either Mandarin or Japanese is also required.

2. Candidates familiar with Malaysian local policies and experienced in handling government-related matters are preferred.

3. Familiarity with international trade rules, import and export customs clearance procedures, and relevant laws and regulations is preferred.

4. Experience in international order follow-up, customer communication, production coordination, or project management is required.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently follow up on issues and drive results.

6. Candidates with extensive project experience or experience in manufacturing, automation equipment, or machinery-related industries are preferred.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
