Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and daily operational support of client platforms, ensuring they meet business needs and agreed service levels. This includes facility management and proactive system health monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for client platform issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and provide both temporary and permanent resolutions. Ensure timely communication of status updates to stakeholders.
- Handle service requests related to client platforms, ensuring requests are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
- Monitor and maintain system configurations, ensure compliance with documented standards, and provide regular reports to relevant parties.
- Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal impact on operations.
Additional Information:
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain/hold CAT 1 security clearance.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that may require flexible hours or additional duties as business needs arise.
Mandatory Skills:
- Microsoft Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Preferred Skills:
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
