Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

-Lead end-to-end business and systems analysis across retail and supply chain platforms, including POS, back-office, and head office systems.

-Elicit, analyse, define, and document business, functional, and system requirements through stakeholder engagement sessions.

-Prepare and maintain high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process documentation.

-Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and as-is/to-be business process mapping.

-Recommend and design system solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.

-Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by development, testing, and support teams.

Systems Integration & Technical Support

-Analyse, design, and support system integrations across enterprise platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, CRM, e-commerce platforms, e-wallets, POS, and related business systems.

-Ensure transactional integrity and data accuracy across payment, settlement, inventory, and reporting systems.

-Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to support API integrations, data flows, SIT, and UAT activities.

-Assist in troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolution efforts with relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Project Management

-Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, project teams, and third-party vendors.

-Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

-Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, operations, finance, and business teams.

-Support project planning, change requests, enhancement initiatives, and release management activities.

-Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business requirements and timelines.

Testing, Deployment & User Support

-Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.

-Develop test scenarios, test cases, and defect tracking documentation.

-Support deployment activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation stabilization.

-Facilitate user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and preparation of user documentation.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
