We’re Hiring: HR Assistant (Documentation & Administration)

We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and dependable HR Assistant to support our daily HR operations behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, documentation, and ensuring every detail is properly recorded and organized.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play an important support role in maintaining smooth HR operations across all branches.

Your responsibilities include:

* Preparing HR letters and documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, notices, and memos

* Maintaining employee personal files and HR documentation

* Updating staff records, databases, and document trackers

* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding documentation

* Managing attendance records, leave records, and payroll preparation

* Coordinating document collection from employees

* Organizing filing systems and ensuring document accuracy

* Supporting interview arrangements and recruitment administration

* Assisting with staff engagement activities such as birthday celebrations and internal events

What We’re Looking For

* Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

* Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

* Good written communication and documentation skills

* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
