We’re Hiring: HR Executive

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a capable, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to lead our Human Resource operations across multiple branches.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our HR Generalist, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations and serve as the main point of reference for employee-related matters.

Your responsibilities include:

* Managing end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning

* Handling onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, and resignations

* Overseeing employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling

* Conducting investigations and preparing HR disciplinary documentation

* Reviewing monthly payroll, claims, allowances, and deductions

* Ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws

* Drafting and improving HR policies, SOPs, contracts, and internal procedures

* Monitoring staff performance, retention, and overall workforce health

* Organizing employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities

* Able to travel to all branches to handle HR tasks

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

* Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferred

* Good understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR practices

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Able to handle sensitive situations professionally and tactfully

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

* Firm, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
