BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)

Salary RM5,000 – RM7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit and build relationships with local influencers (TikTok, Instagram & Facebook)

Develop partnerships with KOLs/KOCs for live streaming, short videos and affiliate marketing campaigns

Manage influencer database, collaboration activities and campaign execution

Coordinate negotiations, product sampling, content review and campaign schedules

Work closely with the marketing and live-streaming team to drive brand awareness and sales

Job Requirements

Malaysian Citizen

Preferred (Compulsory): Candidates aged below 40 years old

Minimum 1 year of experience in:

• Business Development
• KOL/KOC Management
• Influencer Marketing
• Affiliate Marketing
• Brand Partnerships
• Social Media Business Development

Familiar with TikTok Shop, Live Streaming or Affiliate Marketing

Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills

Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Lifestyle or Women’s Products is highly preferred

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage

Existing influencer/KOL network is a strong advantage
