Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's daily cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational requirements.
• Monitor and prepare daily cash position reports, cash forecasts, and liquidity analysis.
• Process and verify payments, fund transfers, and banking transactions accurately and on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Liaise with banks on banking facilities, account maintenance, financing, and other treasury-related matters.
• Monitor loan repayments, interest schedules, banking facilities, and covenant compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and treasury reports for Management.
• Ensure all treasury transactions comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing by preparing treasury-related schedules and reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, audits, and statutory requirements related to treasury functions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all banking and treasury transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash management processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and other internal departments on treasury-related matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking, or Accounting.
• Good understanding of cash flow management, banking operations, and treasury functions.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, payment processing, and cash forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred due to business communication requirements.
• Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
