You won’t just observe, you’ll work on real projects used in day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll start by building a complete system together, then grow into your own focus area.

Phase 1: Build a Real Business System

- Create simple client intake forms (HTML or tools)

- Connect data to Google Sheets

- Organise and structure real business data

- Set up basic workflows (notifications, tracking)

- Understand how enquiries move through the business

Phase 2: Improve & Optimise

- Enhance dashboards and tracking systems

- Improve data flow and structure

- Support internal workflows (SOPs)

- Help streamline operations

Phase 3: Focus Area (Based on Your Strengths)

- Systems / Data: dashboards, tracking, automation

- Operations: workflows, processes, coordination
