Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily production and logistic schedules.
• To supervise and handle the overall production operation and lead the whole production team to achieve company goals.
• Oversee loading and unloading processes to ensure efficiency.
• Supervise and motivate teams.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Quickly address production and logistic issues
• Work with other departments to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain production and logistic records and reports.
• Lead daily team meetings to discuss quality and productivity.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization (5S standards).

Requirements:

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent qualification in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in supervisory.
• Strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including data entry with high accuracy, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to plan, manage and lead production to meet targets, analyze complaints and carry out effective counter measure solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
