Performance Tester (LoadRunner & JMeter) – L2

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience: 3 – 5+ Years

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LoadRunner and JMeter, with expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise applications.

The candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Load, Stress, Volume, and Endurance tests.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Participate in requirement gathering and performance test planning.
• Support release activities and ensure applications meet performance SLAs.
• Work within Agile teams and participate in sprint ceremonies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
