Job Summary
The Site Engineer shall be responsible for technical coordination, site engineering support, work planning, and short-term programme control for the precast installation works. The role shall ensure construction activities are properly sequenced, coordinated, and monitored in line with the approved master programme and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor detailed work programmes, look-ahead schedules, and installation sequences for site execution.
• Provide technical support to the site team on drawings, method statements, site coordination, and construction details.
• Coordinate with the design, production, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of precast components.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, or technical issues for timely resolution.
• Track site progress against planned targets and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Highlight delays, critical activities, and potential constraints, and propose recovery actions.
• Coordinate with the site team on work front availability, access planning, crane utilization, and sequence of erection.
• Assist in preparation and submission of technical documents, work method statements, and relevant planning records.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide planning and engineering input.
• Maintain records of installed elements, pending works, and progress status.
• Ensure all engineering and planning activities are aligned with project requirements and actual site conditions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
