Salary Package: Basic up to RM3200 + attendance allowance + transport + bonus + others benefits

The Roles,

• Reports to the Site Supervisor/Project Manager.
• Assist in supervising, managing, and leading the on-site team for Electrical, Electronic, and ELV works.
• Monitor project schedule and progress, ensuring all works comply with site requirements.
• Maintain systematic and accurate site records and documentation.
• Enforce safety regulations through worker education and direct supervision to minimize incidents and injuries.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure adherence to design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Optimize site operation procedures to increase overall productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR on worker performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Requirements,

1. Preferably applicant possess D or GDL driving license and CIDB License

2. Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary education

3. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic, civil engineering, or related field is preferred

4. Proven experience working as a site supervisor preferably in E&E/ELV/Wiring

5. Knowledge of construction safety regulations

6. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment

7. Good leadership skills

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

9. Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
