Elabram Systems Hiring! Full Time Locker Expansion Coordinator in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Scope:

• Source and identify suitable locations for BSC Locker installations and submit site proposals for management review and approval.
• Serve as the liaison between the Management Office, Leasing Teams, Landlords, and Legal
• Representatives to coordinate site approvals and documentation.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure suitability for locker placement.
• Attend site visits with contractors and assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) for quotation purposes.
• Prepare Letters of Offer (LOO) and Tenancy/License Agreements in collaboration with the Legal team, including negotiation of terms and conditions with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Have relevant experience in property management - ideally in scouting. Open to fresh graduates.
• Familiarity with tenancy and license agreements is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, landlords, and vendors
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel outstation when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
