VAD Capital Hiring! Full Time Collection Officer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive and consistent outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to achieve daily productivity and collection targets.
• Engage with customers professionally to understand their financial circumstances and negotiate suitable repayment plans or loan restructuring options.
• Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure timely repayments and minimize outstanding balances.
• Review customer accounts thoroughly and recommend appropriate recovery actions where necessary.
• Initiate site visit requests and conduct searches to locate customers who are uncontactable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, repayment commitments, and collection activities in the system.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure collection activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, debt recovery, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting performance targets.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to assess customer situations to recommend appropriate repayment solutions.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
