• .Liaise with RE/COW for overcoming existing site constraints, adjustment of services alignment, and sign off fir installation work that deviated from approved drawings.
• To monitor with resolving M&E contractors' work constraints, and coordinate fir the provision of sufficient working platform by C&S and architectural work. In order to achieve more work progress.
• To identify, highlight and follow up with C&S and architectural work pertaining with M&E daily matters, to shorten the completion time.
• To support and guide the present supervisor in supervision and work inspection form.
• To organize and monitor the T&C by contractors.
• Overall responsibility for commissioning and overseeing the installation of systems, plant and equipment, contract completion and data collection.
• To planning, programming and preparation of project programme for mechanical and electrical aspects of work and to advise personnel of progress and forecast.
• Preparation, monitoring and implementation of quality planning and controls for various activities.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
