Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate order processing and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, the Sales team, warehouse, production, and other internal departments.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and databases.
  • Follow up with customers on order status, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock status to the Sales team and customers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and administrative support.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare presentation materials, and coordinate customer visits when required.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/Accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
