HR & Admin Officer
Location: Batu Kawan, Penang
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500 (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Officer to support the daily Human Resources and Administration functions. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll preparation, HR administration, and office operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll preparation.
- Handle statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee orientation and training arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Manage ************* system and maintain accurate employee information.
- Support general administration and office operations.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HR software (AutoCount HRMS) is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, well-organised, and responsible.
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
