Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations.
* Assist in recruitment process
* Employee records & HR filing
* Attendance & leave tracking
* Payroll data preparation
* Assist in onboarding & offboarding
* Basic admin support when needed
* Liaise with employees for HR matters
Requirements
* SPM / Diploma in HR or related field
* Fresh graduates are welcome
* Basic Microsoft Excel & Word
* Responsible, organized & willing to learn
* Good communication in Mandarin & English
* Able to handle confidential information
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday
* 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary Package
* RM2,500 – RM3,200 (based on experience)
* EPF / SOCSO / EIS provided
* Annual leave & medical leave
* Performance review after probation
