Roles and Responsibilities

• Resolving IT support (Network, Application & PC client) requests from employees
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
• Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
• Setup, install & support PDA, tablet & mobile phones
• Setup & support video conferencing system, projector, audio visual conference equipment
• Updating employees on the status of their service requests
• Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
• Inventory control & asset management
• Knowledge Management (KM)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
• Fresh graduate with CGPA 3.4 & above are welcomed to apply.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required.
• Possess own transport and able to work in shift pattern
• Willing to work during Public Holiday or required OT arrangement
