Responsibilities
Key Deliverables:
- Implement and track Change Requests (CRs) and vendor solutions
- Manage technical refresh, obsolescence, and system health
- Oversee patching, uptime monitoring, and incident handling
- Support procurement, audits, and invoice verification
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain system SLAs and perform contract management
- Coordinate power servicing and stakeholder communication
- Review technical documentation and vendor deliverables
- Assist in budget tracking, forecasts, and reporting
