The Henderson Hospitality Limited is entering an exciting new chapter as we continue to set new benchmarks for luxury hospitality and dining excellence. As our portfolio grows, we are seeking an exceptional member to join our team as Supervisor / Captain - Peridot .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily operations and mis-en place
Monitor beverage stock levels and inventory while adhering to safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Collaborate with management on menu development, cocktail specials, promotions and events.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements :
3-5 years' relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with minimum 1 year in similar position
Wine or spirits qualifications (e.g., WSET).will be an advantage
Strong bartending skills and spirits knowledge
Proactive and positive attitude with a focus on service excellence
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Good command of English
