Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Lead to head a dedicated Managed Service team supporting a in the construction environment. You will oversee the end-to-end IT related operations across.

This is a dynamic leadership role that blends IT service management, construction site coordination, and commercial administration. You will not only manage a team of field engineers but also take ownership of project documentation, SLA performance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SiteOp Engineers to deliver high-quality IT/IoT field support and asset management services.

• Service Delivery & SLA Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Smart Delivery hotline. Ensure all site visits, incident resolutions, and equipment deployments meet strict SLA requirements.

• Commercial & Project Administration: Act as the primary owner for processing Project Manager Instructions and Variation Orders in alignment with the existing commercial workflow.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the principal technical and operational liaison between Smart Delivery governance team, Site Agents, and Safety Officers.

• Reporting & Governance: Compile daily/weekly operational logs and present monthly performance reviews. Proactively identify operational risks and propose continuous improvement strategies.

• Deployment Oversight: Coordinate the IT planning, commissioning, and decommissioning phases for new and closing construction sites.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related business discipline.

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Service Delivery, or Field Operations Management. Experience in the construction, engineering, or telecom industry is highly advantageous.

• Strong administrative capability with proven experience in handling commercial project documentation.

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and ideally IoT or Smart Site Safety Systems (4S).

• Excellent leadership, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English.

• Valid HK Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is preferred.

• ITIL or PMP certification is a strong plus.
