Work closely with project, technical, procurement and finance teams to support cost control and contract administration.
Perform other quantity surveying, commercial and project cost control duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or Master in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or other Construction/quantitative-related disciplines.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with willingness to learn construction cost management and contract administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis, reporting tools or cost tracking systems will be an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work in a project-based environment.
Prior internship or project experience in cost analysis, procurement, budgeting, construction, engineering, finance, business analysis or data analysis will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
