Senior/Staff Engineer – C# Software & DevOps

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Staff Engineer – C# Software & DevOps to join a global engineering team supporting software solutions for manufacturing and service operations. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Build and support software solutions for manufacturing and service operations.
• Develop applications that run on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Use modern DevOps and AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery and productivity.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, automated testing, and software deployment.
• Knowledge of GitHub, Artifactory, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working on both Windows and Linux environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as Firewalls and DMZ is an advantage.
• Exposure to Smart Factory, Industrial Automation, IoT, or Manufacturing Systems is a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, global team environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally if required.

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing or industrial software development experience.
• Image processing knowledge is a plus.
• Experience supporting production environments.
