Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead engineering projects within the gas or petrochemical industry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline recognized by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES).
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Experience in managing town gas, natural gas, petrochemical pipeline, plant projects, or related work sites. (Candidates with relevant industry experience will have an added advantage.)
  • Certified in Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (WSHCS) or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong experience in the design, sizing, and selection of mechanical equipment in accordance with international engineering standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Must be based in Singapore for the entire duration of the project.
  • Must be dedicated to the project on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of assigned projects.
  • Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee engineering design reviews, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues proactively, and provide timely updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure effective coordination, planning, and execution of all project activities from initiation through completion.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
