Responsibilities
Location: Depot Road Salary: $3,600 – $4,000/month Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Review, validate, and process funding requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
Coordinate end-to-end tracking of funding programs, including quotations, agreements, claims, and documentation.
Monitor funding utilization, identify discrepancies, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Maintain trackers, prepare reports, and ensure timely system updates across multiple stakeholders.
Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure funding records, agreements, and contract information remain accurate.
Prepare monthly reports on funding utilization, accruals, and program performance.
Support fund allocation, utilization tracking, and quarterly funding reviews.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize fund usage and ensure compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation for greater operational efficiency.
Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, sales support, finance operations, rebates management, or similar functions.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reporting, reconciliation, and tracking.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
