About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a solid background in tourism, food & beverage (F&B), hotel, or retail to independently drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll take ownership of your pipeline, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to our expansion in these dynamic industries.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential clients in tourism, F&B, hotel, and retail sectors.
- Conduct persuasive pitches and close deals aligned with company targets.
- Proposal & Deal Structuring:
- Develop customized service proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Own end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to long-term satisfaction.
- Address client needs and upsell additional services.
- Market Strategy:
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to refine our offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within tourism, F&B, hotel, or retail.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client pipelines.
- Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
